Strong performance by Giorgio Mondini and Eurointernational in Misano Adriatico with Ligier JS53 Evo II in the 6th round of Italian Prototypes Championship. The italian-swiss driver got the pole position in qualify after his domination in both free practice sessions. In Race 1, Mondini made an incredible job winning the race wth 45″ seconds of gap despite the 18″ of penalty during the mandatory pit-stop due to Balance of Performance rules. In Race 2, with a wet track, he did another great performance on Eurointernational’s Ligeier JS53 Evo II finishing in 3rd place (with a used rain tyres), a good result arrived after the 1′ penalty due to missing the right time window for pit-stop.
