The European Le Mans Series returns to Italy this weekend for the third round of the 2024 season, taking place at the historic Autodromo “Enzo e Dino Ferrari” in Imola. Itโs a special home event for Eurointernational, ready to make the most of its experience on the 4.909 km layout of the Emilia-Romagna circuit.
Lining up on the teamโs Ligier LMP3 will be Mexican driver Ian Aguilera and Frenchman Fabien Michal, who are aiming to build on the momentum from their podium finish at Le Castellet nearly two months ago.
The Imola weekend is expected to be a scorcherโnot only because of the intense summer heat currently gripping Italy, but also due to the fierce competition anticipated in the LMP3 class.
Engines will roar to life on Friday, July 4th at 10:15 with the first free practice session. The second session is scheduled for Saturday morning at 10:50, followed by qualifying at 14:55 The 4-hour race will get underway on Sunday, July 6th at 12:00.
